The Board wishes to extend their very sincere gratitude and thanks to Mr Higginson for his dedication and very considerable contribution towards, firstly the ASX listing of SportsHero in February 2017 and secondly for his hands on involvement in the ongoing development of the Company’s unique esports assets and the positioning of the Company in the rapidly expanding and dynamic esports market. The Board wishes Mr Higginson every success in his new position within the resources sector. The Board of the Company is, however, very pleased to advise of the appointment of Ms Adele Sim, as an Executive Director of the Company, and Mr Ross Pearson as Company Secretary. Adele Sim Ms Adele Sim (GAICD) is an accomplished professional with an extensive background in operations, business development and management, spanning various sectors in Singapore, Melbourne and San Francisco. Her 26 year career includes roles such as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Corporate Partnerships, with a high focus on strategic planning, process optimisation and team leadership. Adele is bilingual in English and Mandarin, proficient in multiple software and operating systems and has engaged in volunteer work with TEDx, showcasing her commitment to community and professional growth. Her educational background includes an Executive Masters in Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from RMIT and she is a Graduate of the Company Directors Course from Australian Institute of Company Directors. Adele has been the Chief Operating Officer of SportsHero since 2017 and is based in Melbourne, Australia. Ross Pearson Mr Ross Pearson is an accomplished executive who brings over four decades of experience as a senior finance and corporate executive from a career spanning technology, professional services and resources. Ross’ experience traverses a wide range of financial and corporate practice and he is a Fellow of CPA Australia.
