The Company wishes to clarify and further confirm that an aggregate of 41,500,000 Shares were issued pursuant to the Placement on 4 December 2023 utilising the Company’s existing placement capacity in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 7.1 (rather than ASX Listing Rule 7.1A, as was previously erroneously announced).
