In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, SHO provides the following information: a) Reason for trading halt: the trading halt is requested to facilitate an orderly market in the Company’s securities pending an anticipated announcement by the Company regarding completion of a fund raising (Purpose). b) Duration of the trading halt: SHO requests that the trading halt continue until the earlier of such time as it makes an announcement to the market is made regarding the Purpose or the commencement of trading on Monday 16 February 2026. c) No reason: SHO is not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted by ASX. d) Further information: SHO is not aware of any further information which needs to be disclosed to the market at the time of seeking the trading halt.
